Concord Fans When Concord Fans & Lighting was conceived in 1983, it was with the idea that a "Commitment to Excellence" would be the goal and foundation of the company. Everything we do is based on that original foundation. Quality of product is always at the top of the list. Quality control begins at the factory level. While the factories are in production with a ceiling fan, random spot checks are made according to the quantity of product being produced. The ceiling fans are put together, and completely checked by the Quality Control staff. All components of our ceiling fans have their own Quality ratings standards that they must meet. If a critical component is found to have a problem, the entire production run is stopped and checked. A new ceiling fan is 100% pulled and inspected.
