Gabriel Q.
Position: Research Assistant

Gabriel does research on product development and design. He incorporates business ideas on paper by means of market research and mock-ups. He also helps Lighting And Ceiling Fans by putting together marketing materials as well as some web and graphics designs. Gabriel works as a liaison between the executives and the graphic design department. His original ideas have been an inspiration to the web development team.

Gabriel has an Associate’s degree and is currently studying nursing at Glendale Community College. Besides doing his school work he is quickly learning Photoshop, HTML and Dreamweaver from our webmaster. He manages the on-site and in-home estimates and electrical engineering projects and serves as the project manager for all construction ventures and installations. Also, Darrell personally trains and qualifies all of our installers and electricians to ensure they have the expertise to provide 100% customer satisfaction.

Darrell has over 11 years experience in the electrical and lighting trade. His electrical career began with the Hatkins Electric. Darrell is a licensed commercial and residential electrician with expertise is in low voltage lighting systems and installations. Because his work is of the highest quality, Lighting and Ceiling Fans has many repeat customers. Darrell prides himself on being a team player and never missing a day of work.

Darrell has many talents and interests. He loves to play basketball, hunt and fish, and install car stereo systems. He is devoted to his wife and loves to spoil his kids Darrell Jr. Dominique, Toriana and Brandon.

Position: Assistant Director of Electrical Operation / Lighting Design Specialist

Michael has over 3 years experience in the lighting industry, which involved managing electrical operations of Lighting and Ceiling Fans. He manages the on-site and in-home estimates and electrical engineering projects and serves as the assistant project manager for all construction ventures and installations. Also, Michael personally trains and qualifies all of our installers and electricians to ensure they have the expertise to provide 100% customer satisfaction.

Position: Electrical Project Manager for Commercial Projects

Juan  has over 15 years experience in the lighting and electrical industry managing electrical operations of casinos, shopping malls, car dealerships, restaurants, hotel and industrial projects. His years of lighting installation for commercial buildings has enabled him to install all types of lighting from 30 feet light post to hanging chandeliers more than a thousands pounds.

He prides himself on being able to install any light fixtures any size or shape. Juan goal is to pass on his knowledge to his three sons and make them into master electricians, to one day work on projects together .

Juan is a dedicated family man who enjoys running, playing and watching baseball and loves going camping with his family. Juan is a true asset to Lighting and Ceiling Fans.

Ed has over 8 years of commercial electrical experience and three years of residential roughing homes. He also specializes installing electrical panel boxes for commercial, residential projects and 8 years of landscape lighting a total of 19 years. His passion is landscape lighting. He enjoys working outdoors turning ordinary landscape into works of art. Ed continues to educate himself on outdoor lighting by keeping up to date on new products and new landscape designs. His work has been featured on architectural digest and better home and garden.
