We strive to sell only the best quality products on the market. If a product you purchase is unsatisfactory for any reason, please contact us by telephone or e-mail within 14 days of order, so we can arrange for exchange or return.

Color Accuracy
We have gone to great lengths to portray all colors as accurately as possible. Due to the limitations of computer monitors and the internet we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color.

Pricing
Pricing errors may occur from time-to-time on our website. Lighting and Ceiling Fans reserves the right not to sell or ship any merchandise until an accurate price has been determined and paid for.

Sales Tax
Lighting and Ceiling Fans collects sales tax for all orders shipped within the state of Arizona. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to any other state.

Shipping
Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order.Once entered allow an estimated 7-10 business days (on average) for delivery.
We ship UPS, FedEx or Parcel Post whenever possible. Courier delivery must be to a physical street address. Our shipping costs are based on item size, weight, and method of shipment. If you order more than one product they may be shipped from multiple locations over different days. If we are unable to ship your entire order we will ship in-stock items first, followed by an e-mail within 72 hours (4 business days) specifying estimated delivery date. Special Order items may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur extra charges.

Heavy or oversized items may have special shipping and handling costs. Freight charges associated with heavy or oversized items may only include curb side delivery. Please make arrangements to transfer heavy or oversized items from the delivery vehicle to inside premises. Additional services, such as inside delivery, shall be negotiated between the buyer and the freight company and will not be the responsibility of Lighting and Ceiling Fans.

Free shipping may not apply to selected manufacturers, sale items, and oversized or special order items.

International shipping will be quoted prior to shipment and may be subject to minimum order fees. Customer will be responsible for all brokerage fees and customs duties.

Expedited Shipping
2nd day and overnight deliveries will have extra charges when available.

Canceling Unshipped Item
You may cancel unshipped items by calling our customer service hotline, 1-800-984-7957. Only items that have not been shipped may be canceled. Once an item has been shipped it can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return. Please call us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to process returns. Items without an RMA number will be returned to the sender and will not be processed.

Warranty
We sell only quality products to our customers however, occasionally a product may be defective. We honor manufacturers’ warranties.

Freight Damage
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment we will repair or replace that item at no cost to you. All defects must be reported to us by telephone or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt for an RMA number. This number will be used to ensure that you receive credit for your return.

Customer will ship products to Lighting and Ceiling Fans by FedEx or UPS ground and make note of the tracking number. If you ship via USPS, insurance and delivery conformation will be required. Reasonable shipping charges will be refunded upon inspection and only when damage is deemed to be a freight damage. A repaired or replaced item will be shipped as soon as possible with no additional charges.

Broken Glass
Products which arrive with broken glass are not generally considered to be damaged. Please contact our customer service department and we will ship you a new glass at no charge to you. In some cases we may request that you return the broken glass, please keep it until the new glass arrives.

Wrong Item Shipped
If you are accidentally shipped the wrong item, contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt. We will supply you with a RMA (return authorization number) shipping instruction. This number will be used to ensure that you receive credit for your return. Items without a RMA number will be returned back to the sender and will not be processed.

Customer will ship products to Lighting and Ceiling Fans by FedEx or UPS ground and make note of the tracking number. If you ship via USPS, insurance and delivery conformation will be required. After receipt and inspection in our warehouse, all shipping charges will be refunded. The correct item will be shipped as soon as possible with no freight charges.

Return Policy
Only items purchased from Lighting and Ceiling Fans may be returned. All sales on clearance items and light bulbs are final. Items that have been used, installed or modified will not be accepted. We accept only saleable items in the original package. You may be charged for any missing parts. All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order items are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Custom orders may not be returned unless they have an operational or manufacturer design defect.

If you wish to return an item you must contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail within 14 days of receipt. Be sure to pack as such that all parts are included and the item will not be damaged during shipment.

Refunds
We make a diligent effort to process returns quickly. Please allow 14 to 21 days for refund processing. All refunds will be made on the original credit card only. If paid by check, refund check will be mailed by USPS within 14 days. Items without a RMA number will be returned back to the sender and will not be processed.
